Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us. Here is exactly what that means.

Who we are

SELENE DIGITAL, a two-person web studio based in Athens, Greece, is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at hello@selenedigital.com.

What we collect

Nothing, unless you contact us. If you use the contact form or write to hello@selenedigital.com, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose to share it, a budget range. That is the complete list. Simply browsing the site sends us no personal data at all.

How we use it

Only to read your message and reply, which we aim to do within the same business day. If the conversation turns into a project, we keep using the same details to carry it forward. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us and, where it applies, your consent. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Cookies, analytics and trackers

None of the three. The site stores no cookies, which is why you will not see a consent banner. We run no analytics service and embed no third-party trackers or social widgets. We do not log your visit.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own use. If the contact form delivers messages through a form delivery service, that provider acts as our processor and handles your data only to pass the message on to us. If you email us directly, the message travels through your own email provider instead.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as our correspondence lasts. When it ends, or earlier if you ask, we delete it.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or to object to the processing. One email to hello@selenedigital.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page. We keep no visitor records, so we have no way to notify you personally. Check back here on a future visit if it matters to you.
